This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for Cubix subscriptions. Your checkout terms, our Terms of Service, and applicable law also apply.
Cubix subscriptions are sold and billed through Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”), our merchant of record. Your purchase may also be subject to Polar's applicable buyer terms.
Cancellation
You may cancel an active subscription through the billing controls in your Cubix account or through the applicable Polar billing flow.
Unless otherwise stated when you cancel or required by law, cancellation stops future renewal and your subscription remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.
Trials
If you begin a trial that requires a payment method, it converts to the selected paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then. The applicable price, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown before you confirm checkout.
Cancelling before conversion prevents the corresponding recurring subscription charge, subject to the cancellation terms displayed when you start the trial.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable service period has begun, except where required by law, where Cubix or Polar expressly agrees otherwise, or where a refund right is stated at checkout or in an applicable policy.
Nothing here limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Refunds and payment disputes may be processed through Polar as merchant of record and are subject to applicable payment-network and legal requirements.
