Cubix doesn’t have a free-forever plan. New users can try the full product with a 7-day free trial before the paid subscription begins.

Your trial runs 7 days and includes 100 AI credits and 5 GB of cloud storage. You get the same features as the plan you pick, so a Creator trial exports 1080p and a Pro trial exports 4K. A payment method is required, and you can cancel before the trial ends. One trial per eligible customer.

Trial credits do not reset or carry over. When your trial converts to paid, you start fresh with the full monthly allowance of your plan, which is 500 AI credits on Creator and 1,200 on Pro. Anything you used during the trial does not reduce your first paid month.

AI credits reset at the start of every billing month and unused credits do not roll over. Storage is a total limit on how much you keep in the cloud at once, not a monthly allowance, so deleting old projects frees the space back up. Manual editing and normal Quick Edits are included and do not spend AI credits.

Your new allowance applies straight away and your renewal date does not move. Credits you have already used stay used, so a Creator who has spent 400 of 500 and upgrades to Pro has 800 of 1,200 left that same day. You are billed only the difference for the rest of the month, never a second subscription.

The plan changes right away, but the credits you already paid for stay with you until your renewal date. Drop from Pro to Creator mid-month and you keep Pro’s 1,200 for the rest of that month, then start on Creator’s 500 at your next reset. Your account shows the date the new allowance begins.

No. Only your monthly reset does that. Switching plans changes what your ceiling is, not what you have already spent, which is the same way usage works on other AI subscriptions.

Yes, from your account in a couple of clicks. Cancelling stops the renewal, it does not cut you off: your plan, your credits and your exports carry on until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can resume any time before that date, and nothing is deleted when it ends.

They stay in your account. You can still open your projects, edit them by hand and export at 1080p after a subscription ends. What stops is the AI: credits do not renew, so the editing agent, clipping, captions and the other AI features need a plan again.
